Ordering & Payment

Q: What payment methods do you accept? A: We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa. All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments.

Shipping

Q: How long does shipping take? A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5–8 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Q: What is your daily shipping cut-off time? A: Our daily shipping cut-off time is 2:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, we ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at info@dynamiccreationsboutique.com.

Q: How can I track my order? A: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package via the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy? A: We offer returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@dynamiccreationsboutique.com with your order number and reason for return.

Q: How do I exchange an item? A: To exchange an item, please contact us at info@dynamiccreationsboutique.com with your order number, the item you'd like to exchange, and the desired replacement. We will provide return instructions and ship the new item once we receive the original.

Q: Who pays for return shipping? A: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Q: When will I receive my refund? A: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I find my size? A: Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide with measurements in both inches and centimeters. We recommend measuring yourself with a flexible tape measure and comparing to our size chart. When in doubt, we suggest sizing up, as our dresses are designed with a standard fit.

Q: Are the sizes true to standard US sizing? A: Our sizes generally follow standard US sizing. However, fit may vary slightly between styles. Please refer to the individual measurements listed on each product page for the most accurate guidance.

Q: What if I'm between sizes? A: If you fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size. Our fabrics have minimal stretch (mostly polyester and rayon blends), so a slightly looser fit tends to be more comfortable.
