Refund and Return Policy

We hope you love every item you order from Dynamic Creations Boutique. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and convenient return process.

1. Return Period

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be shipped back within this 30-day window (based on the postmark date). Returns received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following requirements:

- Unworn, unwashed, and unused

- Free of stains, pet hair, perfume scents, deodorant marks, or any signs of wear

- All original tags must remain attached to the item

- Items must be in their original packaging (poly bags, boxes, or dust bags)

- Proof of purchase is required (order confirmation email or receipt)

Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are considered "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Gift cards

- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

- Swimwear and intimate apparel

- Accessories (jewelry, belts, hats, scarves)

- Altered, customized, or personalized items

- Items missing original tags

3. How to Return an Item

1. Please email info@dynamiccreationsboutique.com with your order number and the details of the item(s) you wish to return.

2. Our team will review your request within 13 business days and send you a return authorization along with shipping instructions.

3. Please securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging and ship them to the designated address.

4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 57 business days.

Please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Returns due to personal reasons: If you return an item because you changed your mind, the size is unsuitable, or you no longer need the product, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of packages without tracking information.

Defective or incorrect items: If the item you receive is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue, and we will provide a prepaid return label.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 57 business days. Depending on your financial institution's processing time, it may take an additional 35 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please first contact your bank or credit card issuer. 6. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the item you need as quickly as possible while the return is being processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every item for quality before shipment. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective:

1. Please contact us at info@dynamiccreationsboutique.com within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damage.

3. We will arrange for a free replacement or a full refund.

Please do not discard the damaged item until you receive further instructions from our team.

7. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In such cases, you may wait for the item to arrive and then return it following the standard return process outlined above.

8. California Consumer Rights

If your order is shipped to California, you are entitled to additional protections under the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA). Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable state or federal consumer protection laws.
